Choose the Correct Fit
Match the tap or die to the required thread size and pitch. The die’s outside hex fit is separate from its cutting size.
Select the collet jaw position that fits the tap, then tighten the collet securely before starting the thread.
Installation & Care
Clamp the work, keep the cutter aligned and use cutting fluid suitable for the metal. Operate the threading tool by hand.
Remove chips and wipe the handle and collet clean. Check that the accessory locks securely before reuse.
