Galvanized Grooved 90 Degree Standard Long Elbow
ARGCO’s Model 201 grooved 90° elbow is a standard radius fitting designed to join carbon steel pipe in grooved piping systems. It provides a rigid pipe joint intended to restrict axial or angular movement.
Available in sizes from 1" through 12" (25 through 300 mm), the Model 201 is suitable for Schedule 10 and Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe and is rated for working pressures up to 300 psi / 20 bar.

Typical Applications
Ideal for grooved carbon steel piping systems requiring a 90° directional change with a rigid connection. Suitable for general piping layouts using standard weight steel pipe grooved in accordance with ARGCO specifications.
Construction Details
Housing sections are manufactured from ductile iron conforming to ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12 for durability and strength.
Standard housing coating is hot dipped galvanized for corrosion resistance.
Important Notes
Working pressure and end load values are based on standard weight (ANSI) steel pipe with standard roll or cut grooves in accordance with ARGCO specifications.
The allowable pipe separation dimension shown is for system layout purposes only. ARGCO couplings are considered rigid connections and will not accommodate expansion or contraction of the piping system.
When assembling ARGCO couplings onto end caps, additional care should be taken to ensure the end cap is fully seated against the gasket end stop.
All products should be installed in accordance with current ARGCO installation and assembly instructions.
