CarbonPress® Carbon Steel Press 90° Elbows
CarbonPress® Carbon Steel Press 90° Elbows provide a 90-degree change in direction in carbon steel piping systems without welding or threading. The CarbonPress® system is designed for 1/2" through 2" black iron, epoxy-coated, and galvanized Schedule 10 through Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe.
When the fitting is pressed, an internal grab ring deforms so its sharp edges grip the outside diameter of the pipe, securing the fitting axially and helping prevent movement. At the same time, the elastomeric sealing element impinges on the pipe to create a leak-tight seal.
CarbonPress® fittings can be installed using Milwaukee or RIDGID press tools with the associated jaws or rings designed for carbon steel applications.

CarbonPress® Connection Technology

90° Elbow Design
