Construction Details

How a Type F Camlock Works
Install the male NPT end into the appropriate female threaded connection using a thread-sealing method suitable for stainless steel threaded fittings and the intended application.
To make the camlock connection, insert the Type F male adapter into a compatible female cam & groove coupler. Close the cam arms on the mating female coupler using normal hand pressure to secure the connection.
For disconnection, safely depressurize and drain the system as appropriate before opening the cam arms on the mating female coupler and removing the Type F adapter.
