Choose the Correct Fit
Check for concealed cables, pipework and fasteners before cutting. Support the work and keep the area behind the cut clear.
Select this AX for wood demolition involving nails. For thick standalone metal, choose a blade specified for that metal.
Installation & Care
Disconnect power before changing blades. Follow the saw’s clamp instructions and check that the blade is secure.
Let the blade cool before handling. Clear debris and replace blades with cracks, bends or damaged cutting edges.

Important Product Questions
Is this the same as the AX pruning blade?
No. This 5 TPI AX is intended for nail-embedded wood and residential demolition materials. The carbide pruning version uses a different tooth pattern.
Can the Fang Tip plunge into any material?
Its plunge-cutting feature is intended for wood. Check the saw’s instructions and the area behind the entry point before starting.
How much cutting depth does the blade length allow?
Nominal blade length is not a cutting-depth rating. Choose enough reach to extend beyond the work through the full saw stroke, and leave clearance behind it.
