Choose the Correct Fit
Lay out the full tool arrangement before cutting the foam. Allow finger access and enough foam between neighboring tools to support them.
Check tool height against the closed case, including the remaining foam beneath it. Do not force the lid over an oversized tool or battery.
Installation & Care
Keep the contents within 75 lb and latch the lid completely before carrying. Test the PACKOUT connection when adding the case to a stack.
Remove metal chips and moisture before returning tools to the foam. Inspect the weather seal and replace worn inserts as necessary.

Important Product Questions
Do I need to cut the foam myself?
Yes. The insert is customizable so you can trace and cut pockets for the equipment you intend to store.
Is it suitable for rain and dusty work areas?
The closed case has an IP65-rated weather seal. Keep the seal clean and do not submerge the case.
Will the foam fit any tool?
Only tools that fit the available case space can be accommodated. Check overall height, lid clearance and space between cutouts before cutting.
