Choose the Correct Fit

Identify the crimper and match the jaw, dies, connector and conductor against the applicable manufacturer chart. Do not select a combination by force class alone.

Remove the battery before changing the jaw. Align its center hole, fully insert and lock the retaining pin, and secure the locking thumb screw as instructed.

Installation & Care

Use the die-retaining pins to install the correct dies. Inspect the complete arrangement and follow the connector manufacturer’s crimp sequence.

Keep hands clear during operation and work on de-energized lines whenever possible. Inspect the jaw and dies for cracks or damage and remove damaged parts from service.
