Blue Monster Copper Anti-Seize is formulated as a copper-colored, smooth, brushable paste with a grit-free consistency. The copper-based formulation is designed for demanding high-temperature and high-pressure applications.

The lubricant is formulated so it will not bleed, separate, or settle. It helps protect mating surfaces from seizing, galling, rust, and corrosion while providing lubrication that supports easier component assembly and future disassembly.

The formulation uses inorganic grease and is manufactured without lead-containing ingredients.

Blue Monster Copper Anti-Seize is formulated for applications exposed to high temperatures and high-pressure operating conditions. The manufacturer publishes a maximum use temperature of 1800°F (982°C).

The lubricant helps prevent pressure leakage and component seizing resulting from high temperature, freezing, heavy loads, corrosion, and vibration.

Actual equipment and piping-system capabilities are determined by the lowest-rated component in the complete assembly. Verify all materials, pressure ratings, temperature ratings, and process requirements before use.

Extreme heat, moisture, freezing, vibration, and heavy mechanical loads can make threaded and mating components difficult to remove after extended service.

Blue Monster Copper Anti-Seize is designed to create a protective lubricating layer between mating surfaces, helping reduce metal-to-metal seizing and galling while also protecting against rust and corrosion.

This makes the product particularly useful for components that may eventually need to be removed for inspection, maintenance, repair, or replacement.

• Remove dust, grease, oil, and other foreign material from mating surfaces.
• Apply Blue Monster Copper Anti-Seize lubricant to the required mating surfaces.
• Assemble the components using appropriate installation procedures and tools.
• Keep the container closed when not in use to help prevent contamination.
• No thinner is required.
• Do not use on oxygen systems.
• Verify product compatibility with the specific equipment, materials, and service conditions before application.

Copper-based anti-seize compounds should be selected according to the specific metals, operating environment, and equipment requirements of the application.
