6" Aluminum Cam & Groove Adapter X TTMA Flange

The 600-ALT-AL combines a male cam and groove adapter with a 6" TTMA flange in one straight fitting. This configuration allows compatible transfer hoses to connect directly to tank-truck or process piping equipped with the matching flange pattern.

The cam and groove side provides the removable hose connection while the flange side establishes the fixed bolted connection. Verify both connection sizes before installation so the fitting matches the hose assembly and flange equipment.

Dixon manufactures the 600-ALT-AL from 356T6 aluminum for compatible liquid-transfer service. The straight aluminum body combines the adapter and flange connection without requiring an additional threaded transition fitting between them.

Material selection should be reviewed against the transferred liquid and surrounding operating conditions. Confirm the -AL designation when replacing an existing fitting or matching aluminum components within the transfer system.

The flange end is manufactured to the TTMA connection pattern used on compatible tank-truck and transportation equipment. Dixon specifies a flat-face flange on the 600-ALT-AL for mating with the appropriate gasketed flange connection.

Inspect the flange face, bolt pattern, gasket, and mating surface before assembly. Proper flange alignment should be established before tightening so the fitting is not pulled into position by the flange bolts.

Dixon lists a maximum operating pressure of 75 PSI for the 600-ALT-AL, with the rating based on the seal of the mating component. Published recommendations are based on mating Dixon fittings at 70°F with a standard seal installed.

The fitting is designed for compatible liquid service and must not be used for compressed air or steam. Elevated temperatures or unusual operating conditions should be reviewed with Dixon before the assembly is placed into service.
