4" Cam & Groove Adapter x TTMA Flange Aluminum

The Dixon 400-ALT-AL combines a 4" male cam and groove adapter with a 4" TTMA flange in one fitting. This configuration provides a direct transition between detachable cam and groove connections and compatible flanged tank-truck equipment.

Confirm both the adapter size and TTMA flange size before installation. Proper sizing helps ensure the fitting matches the mating coupler, gasket, flange pattern, and connected equipment.

Dixon manufactures the 400-ALT-AL from 356T6 aluminum for compatible liquid-transfer applications. The aluminum body provides a durable fitting for transportation and transfer systems using cam and groove and TTMA connections.

Inspect the adapter surface, flange face, bolt holes, and fitting body before installation. Damage, contamination, deformation, or excessive wear should be addressed before the assembly is placed into service.

The 4" male adapter end slides into a compatible female cam and groove coupler where the mating gasket forms the sealing interface. Closing both cam arms with normal hand pressure secures the adapter in the coupler.

Inspect the adapter sealing surface and mating coupler before connection. The adapter should seat fully and evenly so both cam arms can engage properly without forcing damaged or incompatible components together.

The flange side uses a 4" TTMA pattern with a flat sealing face for connection to compatible tanker and transfer equipment. Proper gasket selection and even bolt tightening are important for completing the flanged connection.

Dixon rates the fitting to a maximum operating pressure of 100 PSI under its stated conditions, with the rating based on the seal of the mating part. The fitting is designed for liquid service and must not be used for compressed air or steam.
