Choose the Correct Fit

Connect the 3/4-inch female drive to the tool and the 1-inch male drive to a matching socket. Confirm both ends seat fully.

Use the retention arrangement specified for your tool. Check the adapter and socket cannot detach unexpectedly before operation.

Installation & Care

Keep the assembly square to the fastener. Added connections can reduce clearance and make side loading easier to introduce.

Inspect the drive corners, detent and body for damage. Replace a cracked or distorted adapter instead of continuing under impact.

Important Product Questions

Does it increase the tool’s torque capacity?

No. Changing drive size does not raise the rating of the tool, adapter, socket or fastener. Keep the entire assembly within its applicable limits.

Can I use a standard chrome socket with an impact tool?

Use a socket specifically rated for impact service when the tool operates in impact mode. The adapter does not make a hand-tool socket impact-rated.

Which end connects to the tool?

The 3/4-inch square input connects to the tool; the 1-inch square output connects to the socket. Check both drive sizes, not only the socket’s fastener opening.
