Choose the Correct Fit
Use a suitable 1/4-inch-shank router bit and check its diameter, speed rating and required insertion depth. Match the bit to the material and cut.
The listed adjustment range is not a recommended single-pass cutting depth. Set depth and feed direction according to the bit and tool instructions.
Installation & Care
Remove the battery before changing accessories, making adjustments or clearing debris. Inspect the tool and accessory before fitting the battery.
Keep the collet and bit shank clean and inspect base clamping before use. Remove chips with the battery disconnected and wait for the bit to stop before setting down the router.

Important Product Questions
Are a battery and charger included?
No. This is the exact tool-only model. Choose a compatible M18 battery and charger separately; accessory contents are not a battery kit.
Does this include the plunge base?
The verified included base is the fixed base. A plunge base is a separate accessory, not implied by the router’s adjustment range.
What should I check before use?
Confirm accessory fit, speed rating and condition for the task. Follow the tool instructions, secure the work and use the required guards and protective equipment.
