Choose the Correct Fit
Choose the tool for its stated material application. Do not infer a sheet-metal or hard-wire rating from a serrated blade.
Position the material fully under control and keep fingers clear of the blade path. Use eye protection for loose fragments.
Installation & Care
Make a test cut where finish quality matters. Keep flexible fibers or sheet material from bunching between the blades.
Wipe the blades clean and inspect the pivot and edges. Do not force a worn blade through material that it no longer cuts cleanly.

Important Product Questions
Can I use these for hardened wire or sheet metal?
Use only materials within the exact tool’s stated application and limits. Serrations and a metal blade do not establish a hard-wire or sheet-metal gauge rating.
Can I use it on cable while energized?
De-energize and verify the cable before cutting. These scissors’ grip and blade construction are not an electrical-insulation rating.
How do I keep the material from sliding or tearing?
Keep the work supported and the blades clean, then make a controlled cut without twisting them sideways. Stop if the material bunches or the cut becomes ragged.
