Choose the Correct Fit
Confirm the grinder’s spindle thread and the flange arrangement required for the chosen wheel or brush. A matching thread alone does not establish every part of the fit.
Disconnect power or remove the battery before changing accessories. Clean the threads and inspect the nut, backing flange and wrench pins for damage.
Installation & Care
Arrange the accessory and flanges exactly as the grinder manual specifies. Engage the spanner pins fully and use the prescribed spindle-lock and tightening procedure.
Check that the accessory is properly seated and clears the guard before use. Keep speed ratings and guard requirements matched to both grinder and accessory.

Important Product Questions
Does a 5/8-11 spindle guarantee this kit will fit?
It fits most small angle grinders with that spindle. Check your model’s flange arrangement and the selected accessory before ordering.
How is the nut tightened?
The supplied pin spanner engages holes in the nut face. Follow the grinder manual for spindle locking, flange orientation and tightening.
Can I reuse a nut with worn threads or damaged face holes?
Replace damaged mounting hardware. Clean and inspect the spindle, flanges and wrench before assembling the accessory.
