Choose the Correct Fit
Identify the metal and its wall thickness before choosing a blade. Secure the work and support the offcut so it cannot pinch the blade.
Check the 18 TPI pitch against the work thickness and the saw’s blade-selection guidance. Allow full-stroke clearance.
Installation & Care
Disconnect power before changing blades. Follow the saw’s clamp instructions and check that the blade is secure.
Let the blade cool before handling. Clear debris and replace blades with cracks, bends or damaged cutting edges.

Important Product Questions
Is this a heavy, rigid demolition blade?
It is a thin-kerf metal blade with a short profile, intended for flexible cuts. Choose a reinforced demolition blade when that construction is required.
How should I choose the tooth pitch?
Match tooth spacing to the metal thickness and the saw maker’s selection guidance. A pitch that is too coarse can snag thin sections.
How much cutting depth does the blade length allow?
Nominal blade length is not a cutting-depth rating. Choose enough reach to extend beyond the work through the full saw stroke, and leave clearance behind it.
