Choose the Correct Fit

Check the path for wiring, pipe and structural hardware. Nail resistance does not make every concealed object safe to drill.

Confirm the shank fit and the tool’s wood-boring capacity. Secure the bit and brace the tool before starting.

Installation & Care

Withdraw as needed to clear chips from deeper holes. Stop and isolate the tool if the bit binds.

Let the bit cool before cleaning. Inspect the feed screw and cutting edge, especially after striking embedded nails.

Important Product Questions

Can it be used in wood containing nails?

Yes. Its hardened cutting face and through-center geometry are designed for nail-embedded wood as well as clean wood.

Is the full bit length usable drilling depth?

No. Overall length includes the shank. Check the exposed cutting reach after the bit is installed.

Can I use it with an impact wrench?

The shank is impact rated. Confirm the wrench’s connection, any required adapter and permitted drilling capacity before use.
