Choose the Correct Fit
Read the cable markings and confirm 600 MCM, aluminum and THHN/XHHW. Color alone is not a complete compatibility check.
Use this bushing with the Milwaukee M12 or M18 cable stripper. Follow the tool instructions for locking the bushing in place.
Installation & Care
Work only on de-energized cable. Remove the tool battery before fitting, removing or inspecting the bushing.
Check the stripped conductor for damage before termination. Stop if the fit or cut is wrong and recheck the cable and bushing.

Important Product Questions
Will it work on the same size in a different metal?
This version is specified for aluminum. Match the metal as well as the 600 MCM size and THHN/XHHW insulation; nominal wire size alone does not establish fit.
Does it fit both cable-stripper platforms?
The exact product description lists Milwaukee M12 and M18 cable strippers. That does not make it an accessory for other tools on those battery platforms.
Can this be used on energized cable?
No. De-energize and verify the cable is safe before stripping. A powered cable stripper does not provide permission to work on live conductors.
