Match both conductor gauge and solid or stranded construction to the marked stripping hole. Check the conductor for nicks after stripping.

Does the stripper use one range for every wire?
No. The specified ranges are 8–18 AWG solid and 10–20 AWG stranded. Select the hole for the actual conductor construction and gauge.
Are all six handles electrically insulated?
No insulation rating is established by dipped, comfort or cushion grips. De-energize the circuit and use explicitly rated insulated tools when required.
