Choose the Correct Fit
Identify the metal and its wall thickness before choosing a blade. Secure the work and support the offcut so it cannot pinch the blade.
For pipe removal, isolate and drain the service first. Verify support and the condition of the pipe before cutting.
Installation & Care
Disconnect power before changing blades. Follow the saw’s clamp instructions and check that the blade is secure.
Let the blade cool before handling. Clear debris and replace blades with cracks, bends or damaged cutting edges.

Important Product Questions
Is this only for cast iron?
No. The listed applications also include stainless steel, black pipe and angle iron. Confirm the exact material and cutting conditions before use.
How much cutting depth does the blade length allow?
Nominal blade length is not a cutting-depth rating. Choose enough reach to extend beyond the work through the full saw stroke, and leave clearance behind it.
Can I cut a pipe while it remains in service?
Do not start until the service is safely isolated and drained. Identify its contents, release stored pressure and support the pipe and offcut.
