Choose the Correct Fit

Confirm the magazine attachment is model 49-20-0001 before fitting a replacement. Follow its bit-change procedure.

Check the screws call for the reduced Phillips #2 tip. A different screw profile requires its specified bit.

Installation & Care

Disconnect power as directed by the tool instructions before changing the bit. Reassemble and verify retention before use.

Inspect the tip if screws start slipping or driving inconsistently. Replace a damaged bit and check the screw feed and alignment.

Important Product Questions

Will these fit every collated screwdriver?

They are specified for attachment 49-20-0001. Match that attachment model rather than choosing by overall length alone.

Can I use a regular Phillips #2 bit instead?

Use the bit format required by the collated attachment, including its reduced geometry and length. An ordinary PH2 bit may not fit the feed system.

Will a fresh bit solve every feeding problem?

No. Check the screw strip, feed mechanism, alignment and depth setting as well. A replacement bit addresses tip wear, not every tool or screw issue.
