Choose the Correct Fit
Match the hole diameter to the fitting or opening specification. Check the work area for wiring, pipe and concealed hardware.
Use a compatible arbor and pilot bit, and confirm the drill’s hole-saw capacity. Secure loose work and brace the tool before starting.
Installation & Care
Choose speed and lubricant for the material using the saw and drill instructions. Ease pressure if the cut stalls or overheats.
Disconnect power before removing a plug or changing the saw. Let the cup cool, then inspect the teeth and arbor connection.

Important Product Questions
Which materials can this bi-metal saw cut?
It is specified for thick and thin metal, aluminum, wood with or without nails, drywall and plastic. Choose a saw rated for the actual material.
Can it cut through material thicker than the cup?
Its cutting depth is 1-5/8 in. Plan access and plug removal before drilling thicker work; do not force the cup beyond its cutting clearance.
What do I need to connect it to my drill?
Match the arbor to the saw connection and diameter, then check its shank against your drill chuck. Do not assume every arbor fits.
