The head combines chrome-plated steel segments with a black-oxide ring. Read its size markings on both the ring and collar.

Milwaukee lists compatibility with its M12 and M18 expanders, except the M18 FORCE LOGIC ProPEX Expansion Tool. Verify the exact tool before fitting.
Installation & Care
Remove the battery before changing the head. Inspect the segments and threaded connection; clean and lubricate only as the expander manual directs.
Keep dirt away from the tubing and fittings. Follow the tubing maker’s expansion and temperature guidance, including the wait before pressure testing.

Can I use this on the M18 FORCE LOGIC ProPEX tool?
No. Milwaukee specifically excludes the M18 FORCE LOGIC ProPEX Expansion Tool. This head is optimized for M12 FUEL ProPEX and fits the listed M12/M18 expanders.
Does RAPID SEAL mean I can test the joint immediately?
No. Follow the tubing and fitting manufacturer’s time and temperature instructions. Do not replace the required sealing wait with a general performance claim.
Is this a PEX crimp or press jaw?
No. It is a 1" ProPEX expansion head. A crimp ring or press sleeve uses a different connection method and requires the matching jaw.
