Choose the Correct Fit

Match the 1-1/16 in diameter and 2 in cutting depth to the work. The 3/4 in Weldon shank requires a compatible magnetic drill or the correct arbor.

Select a pilot pin matched to the cutter family and cutting depth. Check the machine capacity and workholding instructions before installing the cutter.

Installation & Care

Secure the machine and work before cutting. Keep the cutter aligned, use the recommended cutting setup, and stop if the teeth bind or the tool shifts.

Disconnect power before changing the cutter or clearing a plug. Let hot parts cool, then inspect the teeth and shank and store the cutter clean and dry.

Important Product Questions

Will it fit an ordinary drill chuck?

The cutter has a 3/4 in Weldon shank for a compatible magnetic-drill connection. Do not assume it will fit an ordinary chuck without the correct adapter.

Does cutting depth mean overall length?

No. The 2 in value is the rated cutting depth, not the cutter overall length. Check work thickness, machine travel and clearance separately.

Which pilot pin should I choose?

Match the pilot pin to this cutter family and its cutting depth. HSS and carbide-tipped cutter systems have different pin selections; verify the exact accessory before use.
