Construction Details

The durable ductile iron body provides excellent mechanical strength while the precision-machined stainless steel disc offers outstanding corrosion resistance and reliable performance.

A resilient EPDM seat provides dependable sealing while the enclosed gear operator reduces operating effort and allows accurate valve positioning.

The lug-style body permits easy installation, maintenance, and removal from piping systems without disturbing the opposite flange.

Important Notes

Verify valve materials are compatible with the intended media and operating conditions before installation.

EPDM seats are recommended for water, HVAC, and many general industrial services but are not suitable for petroleum oils and hydrocarbons.

Follow manufacturer installation, torque, pressure, and maintenance recommendations for optimal performance.
