Empire Fig. 21R Retaining Strap is designed for use with Fig. 21 and Fig. 21L C-Clamps and Fig. 23L C-Clamps to eliminate movement of the beam clamp due to vibration.
For proper retaining strap length, add a minimum of 2" to the beam flange width.
