Blue Monster Stay-Soft is a PTFE-enriched pipe thread compound formulated to seal threaded piping connections while remaining soft and pliable after application.

Unlike hard-setting compounds, Stay-Soft does not harden on the threads. This allows the product to be applied during prefabrication and left on threaded components for weeks before system assembly and pressurization.

The formulation is also non-seizing, grit-free, non-toxic, lead-free, and non-separating. Manufacturer literature identifies its ability to adhere to oily threads and provide easy cleanup as additional jobsite advantages.
