The Matco-Norca 225FJ Series Ductile Iron Gate Valve is designed for reliable shutoff performance in municipal waterworks, underground piping systems, and commercial fire protection applications. Featuring a flanged x mechanical joint connection configuration with a resilient wedge design, this valve delivers dependable sealing, corrosion resistance, and long service life in demanding service environments.
Manufactured with a durable ductile iron body and epoxy-coated internal and external surfaces per AWWA C550 standards, the 225FJ valve is built to withstand harsh operating conditions while maintaining smooth operation and leak-tight performance. The non-rising stem configuration makes it ideal for below-grade installations and compact system layouts.
