ABB THN Series heavy duty non-fusible safety switches are designed for commercial and industrial applications where safety, high performance, and continuity of service are essential. These Spec-Setter™ switches provide reliable disconnecting means for electrical distribution and control systems.

Available in 30, 60, 100, and 200 amp ratings, these 3-pole, 3-wire switches are rated for 600V AC service and are offered in NEMA 1 indoor and NEMA 3R outdoor enclosure options.

Construction Details

The direct-drive mechanism provides positive ON/OFF indication and snaps contacts open and closed for dependable switching performance.

A defeatable cover interlock and visible blade contact position support safe inspection and maintenance practices.

NEMA 1 models are intended for indoor use, while NEMA 3R models provide outdoor-rated protection from rain, sleet, and external ice formation.

Important Notes

Non-fusible switches do not include fuse provisions and should be used where upstream overcurrent protection is provided.

Select the proper amperage and enclosure rating based on load requirements and installation environment.
