Seves glass block silicone bonds compatible glass blocks and installation components in the manufacturer’s mortarless systems. The one-component, neutral-cure formulation is supplied in a 10.3 fl. oz. cartridge.
Use the specified sealant alongside matching spacers, channels and anchors. Surface preparation, bead placement and cure time are part of the complete installation process.

Very Important Product Questions
Can ordinary household silicone replace this glass block sealant?
Use the sealant specified by the Seves installation system. A general-purpose household silicone may not provide the required adhesion or compatibility with the block and spacer materials.
How long must the silicone cure before the panel is ready?
The published cure rate is approximately ⅛″ per 30 hours under normal conditions. Joint depth and site conditions affect the required time; follow the technical data sheet and allow full cure before service.
Does the silicone replace spacers, channels and anchors?
No. Silicone bonds and seals the specified assembly. The installation still requires the spacers, perimeter restraint and anchoring called for by the chosen Seves system.
