Gasoila 100 Thread Sealant is a firm-setting, viscous, textured black sealant designed for demanding applications where conventional thread sealants may fail. It provides excellent performance in systems handling 100% methanol, 100% ethanol, alcohol, acids, caustic alkalis, solvents, fuels, and other compatible chemicals.

Gasoila 100 is suitable for thoroughly clean, dry threaded connections and specified epoxy-type fiberglass piping. It is rated for temperatures from -50°F to 450°F, pressures up to 10,000 PSI for liquids, and pressures up to 5,000 PSI for gases. Not for use with ethanol-blended gasoline containing less than 100% ethanol, plastic pipe, or oxygen.

Gasoila 100 is not intended for ethanol-blended gasoline containing less than 100% ethanol. For ethanol-blended gasoline applications such as E10 and E85, select the appropriate Gasoila sealant designed for those fuel blends.
