Non Asbestos Full Face Gaskets manufactured from Garlock 2900 and 2950 materials provide reliable sealing across the entire flange surface, including bolt holes, for 150# and 300# flanged connections. Constructed from high-strength aramid fibers with a nitrile binder, these gaskets deliver consistent performance, durability, and resistance to blowout in demanding piping systems.
Full face gaskets are ideal for flat face flanges and applications where additional load distribution and alignment are required. Designed for service with water, oils, fuels, and general hydrocarbons, these compressed fiber gaskets offer excellent compressibility, recovery, and long-term sealing integrity. With operating temperatures up to 700°F and pressure capabilities up to 1000 PSI, they are well-suited for commercial, industrial, and process piping applications.
