The tube features a special bayonet-style connector at the facepiece end, allowing it to engage the sewn-in breathing tube connector on compatible Bullard 20LF facepieces with a secure twist-lock connection.

Construction Details

The 20LFBT uses a flexible corrugated tube design that allows movement while maintaining the airflow connection between the respirator facepiece and compatible supplied-air components.

At the facepiece end, a dedicated connector with bayonet-style pins inserts into the breathing tube connection on compatible 20LF facepieces and turns clockwise to lock into position.

Bullard identifies the 20LFBT as the breathing tube only; airflow control devices, quick-disconnect components, belts, and other system components may be supplied separately depending on the respirator configuration.
