Weldbend Announces Modest Price Increase Effective May 1, 2026

Weldbend has officially announced a modest price increase effective May 1, 2026. This marks their first pricing adjustment since August 2022, when they made the strategic decision to decrease pricing to help distributors stay competitive during a surge of imported material.

That move gave domestic supply a real advantage — and it’s a big reason Weldbend continues to be a trusted name in U.S.-made carbon steel fittings.

Why the Increase Now?

Over the past several years, Weldbend has absorbed rising operational costs while continuing to invest in:

  • New manufacturing equipment
  • Expanded inventory positions
  • Improved production efficiency

These investments allowed them to hold pricing steady while much of the industry increased pricing. This adjustment reflects the need to maintain quality, availability, and domestic production strength moving forward.

What This Means for GetPipe Customers

If Weldbend fittings are part of your regular buy, now is the time to:

  • Review upcoming project demand
  • Secure current pricing where possible
  • Plan ahead for inventory positioning

At GetPipe.com, we continue to support our customers with domestic, high-quality PVF products, real inventory, and fast fulfillment.

Looking Ahead

Weldbend has indicated that further adjustments may be required as market conditions continue to evolve. We’ll keep you informed as updates come out.
