Ward is a leader in the manufacturing of pipe joining components including fittings, nipples and the WARDFlex® corrugated stainless steel tubing system (CSST). The addition of Ward’s complementary offering creates an even more comprehensive product portfolio for ASC. The WARDFlex® system expands our offering of labor-saving, alternative joining products that improve productivity for installers. Bringing together our two companies is an important step for ASC and our growth strategy, which continues to be focused on becoming the most comprehensive solutions provider for our valued customers.
