The Leviton 5374-S00 is a 50A/250V industrial grade flush mounting straight blade power receptacle. Designed with a NEMA 6-50R configuration, this black receptacle provides a heavy-duty connection point for compatible 2-pole power applications. This device is intended for use with a 2-gang wallplate with a 2.15" diameter opening. Supports #6 AWG aluminum/copper-clad wire or #6 to #8 AWG copper wire.

Construction Details
Flush mounting design is intended for installation in a 2-gang box using a compatible 2-gang wallplate with a 2.15" diameter opening.
Wire terminals must be tightened to 40 in-lbs and the torque maintained for a minimum of 5 seconds.
Strip wire to expose 1/2" of conductor before inserting into the appropriate terminals.
Important Notes
Not recommended for electric vehicle charging.
Do not use with single-gang wallboxes, single-gang mud rings, or single-gang box extenders.
Turn off power at the breaker or fuse before installation.
