1-Pole Plug-In Design

Does combination AFCI also mean GFCI protection?
No. Combination AFCI describes protection against series and parallel arcing. Use an explicitly dual-function AFCI/GFCI model when both forms of protection are required.
What neutral connection do these AF2 models use?
The listed THQL1115AF2 and THQL1120AF2 models use a pigtail neutral. Confirm the load-center approval and complete branch-circuit wiring arrangement.
Can I replace a breaker using only the same amp rating?
No. Match the catalog number, poles, voltage, interrupting capacity, protection functions and equipment approval. Equal amperage alone does not establish interchangeability.
