1" F30-08M1 Jumbo Airline Water Separator Filter

The Wilkerson F30-Series is designed as a jumbo airline filter for applications requiring substantial compressed-air flow. Dixon rates the 1" configuration at 323 SCFM.

The filter helps remove particulate contamination and separated moisture before compressed air continues downstream. System flow requirements should be compared with the filter rating before installation.

Dixon specifies a 5-micron element for the F30-Series jumbo airline filter. This filtration level helps capture solid contaminants carried through the compressed-air stream.

The filter element should be inspected and serviced as required by the operating environment and maintenance schedule. Excessive contamination can restrict airflow and reduce system performance.

This configuration uses a transparent bowl with protective guard and a manual drain. The transparent bowl allows collected condensate and contamination to be visually monitored during routine system checks.

The manual drain provides a direct method for removing accumulated liquid from the bowl. Drain the bowl as required to prevent excessive condensate buildup during operation.

Dixon specifies a maximum operating pressure of 150 PSIG for the transparent-bowl F30 configuration. The published operating temperature range is 32°F to 125°F.

The filter should be used within these published operating limits and in compatible air-service applications. Confirm system pressure, temperature, airflow, and installation conditions before putting the unit into service.
