Free shipping applies to ground orders shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. It does not apply to LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, individual items weighing 105 lbs. or more, or expedited shipping services. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when applicable.

Standard ground only: PVC fittings and glass block items qualify for free shipping only when the order weight is 20 lbs. or less.

We strive to ship most products on the same day. If there is any delay or issue with product availability, we will promptly contact you by email with the updated lead time.

Certain products have restrictions and cannot be shipped to residential addresses because of weight and/or dimensions. Orders exceeding 140 lbs. must be shipped via LTL, and the recipient must have a receiving dock or the ability to unload with a forklift.

If liftgate service is required, we will contact you before shipment to confirm any additional charges for unloading. If we are unable to reach an agreement, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Shipping rates for many items are based on weight, which can be found on each product’s detail page. To comply with shipping company policies, weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. The cut-off time for same-day processing and shipping is 2:30 PM CST. If the order is received after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Once the carrier picks up your package, delivery delays or transit issues are outside of our direct control. UPS does not deliver on weekends or national holidays unless a specific premium service is selected where available.

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, which could result in a delay of 24–48 hours before tracking information becomes available after the order is processed.

• Next Day Air: Orders shipped via Next Day Air will arrive the next business day, provided they are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday before 2:30 PM CST are typically delivered on Monday, not Saturday.
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air will generally arrive within two business days depending on delivery location, timing of the order, and business-day availability.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipping addresses must include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are needed, please provide them during checkout in the notes section.

Once your order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be modified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information, including matching the postal code with the address provided. If UPS is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to return and reship the package. If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, our standard return policy will apply, including a 20% restocking fee.
