Stay-Silv® 15% Silver Brazing Alloy – 28 Stick Tube
Stay-Silv® 15 is a 15% silver phosphorus-copper brazing alloy widely recognized as the industry standard for HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning applications. It offers excellent flow characteristics, strong capillary action, and dependable performance for copper-to-copper brazing connections.
Its wide melting range helps fill wider clearances while still flowing into tight joints when heated above its liquidus temperature. Stay-Silv® 15 is self-fluxing on copper, helping simplify installation while delivering strong, reliable brazed joints in the field.

Important Notes
- Flux is not required for copper-to-copper brazing
- For brass or copper-to-brass applications, use a suitable brazing flux
- Not recommended for steel or other ferrous metals
- Do not use where the braze will be exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds in service
- Suitable for brazing low-nickel copper/nickel base metals up to 10% nickel
