PRIMER-68 is a fast-acting, water-thin primer that softens and prepares PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings for strong solvent-welded joints. Available in purple or clear, it’s approved for all types, classes, and schedules of PVC/CPVC. It’s listed to NSF/ANSI standards for potable water, DWV, and sewer service, meets ASTM F656, complies with SCAQMD Rule 1168 (max VOC 550 g/L).
