Description

CPVC-24 Solvent Cement

A heavy-bodied, medium-setting solvent cement formulated for CPVC and also suitable for PVC. Designed for interference-fit joints across all classes and schedules, it delivers high strength and broad chemical resistance for piping that carries acids, bases, salts, and sodium hypochlorite. Ideal for wastewater plants and for fume/air duct systems in both PVC and CPVC. Available in gray or orange. Low-VOC (≤490 g/L), NSF/ANSI 14 and 14/61 listed for potable water, DWV, and sewer service, and compliant with SCAQMD Rule 1168/316A. Typical viscosity is ≥1600 cP at 73°F; shelf life is 2 years when properly sealed.
