ABS DWV Cleanout Wye (HUB x HUB x FIPT)
The ABS-DWV Cleanout Wye (HUB x HUB x FIPT) is designed for drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems to provide a branch connection with a female threaded inlet for cleanout access. Featuring hub connections on the main lines and a female iron pipe thread (FIPT) on the cleanout branch, this fitting allows easy installation of cleanout plugs or accessories for maintenance and inspection. It meets ASTM D2661, CSA B181.1, and NSF Standard 14 for reliable performance and durability.
Not intended for transporting compressed air or gas and should not be used for pressure testing. Suitable for applications where operating temperatures do not exceed 140°F. Installations should be protected from incompatible chemicals, fire-stopping materials, and thread sealants that may damage ABS compounds.
