ABS DWV LA Pattern P-Trap W/ Union J& Plastic Nut (HUB x SJ)
The ABS-DWV LA Pattern P-Trap with Union Joint and Plastic Nut (HUB x SJ) is designed for use in drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems to prevent sewer gases from entering occupied spaces while allowing for quick disassembly and maintenance. Featuring a hub connection on one end and a slip-joint (SJ) with a plastic nut on the other, this LA pattern P-Trap offers a secure, watertight seal and simplified installation. It meets ASTM D2661, CSA B181.1, and NSF Standard 14 for dependable and long-lasting performance.
Not intended for transporting compressed air or gas and should not be used for pressure testing. Suitable for applications where operating temperatures do not exceed 140°F. Installations should be protected from incompatible chemicals, fire-stopping materials, and thread sealants that may damage ABS compounds.
