1″ B7 studs with 2H nuts and blue PTFE coating provide a high-strength fastening solution for pressure-rated flanged piping systems, with enhanced corrosion resistance and improved installation performance. Manufactured from ASTM A193 Grade B7 alloy steel and supplied with ASTM A194 Grade 2H heavy hex nuts, these studs are designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The blue PTFE coating helps reduce galling, improve torque consistency, and protect the hardware during installation and service.

These individual coated studs are commonly used in carbon steel and alloy steel flange connections across mechanical, industrial, and process piping systems. Ideal for replacements, maintenance work, and applications where accurate bolt loading is important, blue PTFE-coated B7 studs offer easier assembly and more consistent tightening compared to plain-finish hardware.
