Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind what we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and professionally.
Return Window
Most standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Item must be in new, resalable condition
  • Original manufacturer packaging must be intact
  • Return must be approved prior to shipment
  • Order number and reason for return must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
  • Special-order or non-stock items
  • Custom cut or fabricated products
  • Clearance or discontinued materials
  • Opened safety or sealed products
Shipping & Freight Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a GetPipe.com shipping error or product defect. LTL freight returns must be coordinated in advance.
Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
