The Uponor is a 90° drop-ear elbow fitting designed to provide a secure, leak-resistant transition between PEX-a tubing (such as Uponor AquaPEX®) and standard 1/2″ female iron pipe (FIP). Made from high-quality lead-free brass and built to exacting industry standards, this elbow is ideal for both hot and cold potable water systems, radiant heating, and other plumbing installations. The rigid drop-ear flange allows for firm mounting to studs or backing surfaces — perfect for stable stub-out connections behind walls or in framing.
