Black powder coat finish. Manual Round Bar 1-1/4" solid round steel bar. 2" high opening. Ring Coupler (for mounting on cart) H0244-302-299 Length 21", base width 10". Latches in vertical position when not being used. Mates with the following hitches: H0244-302 and H0244-310. H99-300-0046 Adjustable manual hook. Used only on H1061 style tuggers.
