The Graco Air Assist Spray Tip (Alpha Plus AA, Standard 4411) is a high-performance air-assist airless spray tip designed for finish-grade applications such as cabinetry, furniture, and light-metal work. It delivers a smooth, even spray with an 8–10″ fan and a 0.011″ orifice for fine atomization and controlled film build. It fits compatible AAA-series spray guns such as the Graco G15 manual or G40 manual or automatic when the gun/system IPL specifies tip code “4411.” According to the manufacturer’s guidelines, proper assist-air and fluid pressure settings are essential to prevent tip wear, maintain crisp spray pattern edges, and ensure repeatable results.
