Drum Mixers - HDRM-BM
These drum mixers have collapsible propellers that fit through the bung openings of 55-gallon drums and with a NPT opening size of 2", so there's no need to remove the lid. Also known as direct-drive mixers, they operate at high speeds for rapid turnover. Use them to mix liquids with a viscosity similar to water and light oils. Adjust mixing speed with the needle valve. Propellers are left hand and move clockwise when viewed from above to direct flow downward for efficient mixing. Choose a mixer with more propellers for faster and more thorough mixing. The motor is angled 6 degrees toward the center of a drum or container, preventing mixer to side-wall contact and for best mixing agitation with 6" blades. A complete mixer assembly (weighing less than 20 lbs.) easily transfers from drum-to-drum in seconds, making them very portable. FOB Shipping Point. Surcharge may apply.
