Increase Monday 12/4: Domestic & Globally Sourced Welded Steel Pipe

DOMESTIC WELDED STEEL PIPE

Due to the continued increase of input costs, domestic steel pipe mills have announced another immediate price increase of approximately 5-10% on the products listed below:

  • 1/2” – 4” Continuous Weld Pipe
  • 2” – 18” Grade B ERW Pipe
  • 1” – 10” Sprinkler Pipe

In addition, mills have advised that lead times are now extended by 4-10 weeks, depending on the item.

GLOBALLY SOURCED WELDED STEEL PIPE

Due to the rising costs of offshore Hot Roll Coil, we will be implementing a minimum price increase of $100/ton (higher on Galvanized products) on globally sourced welded steel pipe products on Monday, 12/4. This increase is likely the first of multiple price increases in this product category that will take effect over the next few months into the first quarter of 2024.
